Refund policy

Card Coves offers a 30-day return window. Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.


Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be sealed in its original, unopened product packaging. The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Items that have been opened, used, or unsealed are not eligible for return under our standard policy. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and require prior written approval.

All returns must be approved by our team before being shipped. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.


How to Initiate a Return

 

To request a return, contact our support team by submitting a ticket through our Contact Page or by emailing info@cardcoves.com.

If your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label, detailed return instructions, and the return address. Return shipping costs are covered by Card Coves for approved returns.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include clear photos of the item, a brief description of the issue, and your order number.

Depending on the situation, we will provide a replacement, a refund, or store credit as appropriate.


Refunds

 

Store credit is the default refund method unless a direct refund is specifically requested.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds apply to the product cost only.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund or store credit, please contact us at info@cardcoves.com.


Additional Terms

 

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed for shipment. A 10 percent cancellation fee may be applied to cover processing costs, inventory handling, and administrative time. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow the standard return process.

Tracking information for approved returns will be provided via email once the return shipment is in transit.
