At Card Coves, we are committed to processing and delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our current shipping practices and limitations for orders within the United States.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship orders only within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Processing & Shipping Timeframes

Orders are processed during standard business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed.

Shipping Time Estimates
Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2 to 4 business days (if available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.

Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate
Expedited Shipping: $50 flat rate (if available)

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@cardcoves.com.


5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Card Coves is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If an order is returned due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Card Coves is not liable for lost or stolen shipments. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item(s).


6. Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders may be modified or canceled only if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has entered the shipping stage, it cannot be changed or canceled.
